I think the rule is, if red/green is working for you, dont do extra easy, but if your struggling and not having consecutive losses then its definately worth a go, i have lost 6.5 in 4 weeks, which is really good for me.

I think EE is for begginers and people who are struggling, to get you back onto a losing streak, but if red/green is workign dont move to EE as it will slow your weight loss down. just the same as success express will spead it up. there are different levels for differnt people
you need to also realise, its not your belly telling you, you want it, i can assure you, your belly is full and your mind is playing tricks with you. Maybe go and have a bath read a magazine, just move away from your dinner once you have finnished.

I think that what ever plan you are on, even if it says eat as much as you want there is still a point, i think the whole idea is don't be hungry, if you are hungry then eat, but if your eating for the sake of it its not gonna help. thats goes for Red and Green, alot of people cant get there...
I think i am going to have to go witht he previous advice of do what i can untill i move, she wouldnt understand, neither of them do, but thats the way they are, they think they are doing it for the best. I will just have to have a few weeks like that.

It does happen sometimes you may not loose weight but you may loose inches so it maybe worth measuring each week aswell, also sometimes it may not show this week, but if you stick at it you will see the differnce on the scales next week

alot of people want the weigh off NOW, whearas if you take a bit longer and change your life around it, it will become a life time habbit, and it will stay off!!
Maybe its becuase normally you would comfort yourself so it doesnt seem as bad, but now you are concious of what you are eating so maybey your noticing it more.

I did extra easy this week for the first time and...
I have what looks like a big tube like a dress rather than shorts, it goes right from the top of my bra down to my thighs, it's amazing, no moving now rolling down. it was hmmmm.... interesting getting it on, but definatly worth it.
No matter how much we hate them i dont think you can beat sit-ups/crunches. I had a mad 5 minutes and ordered this stupidly large chair called the Ab-lounge which helps you do them safetly and more efficiantly, and god do i feel it.
Also it does happen, that some weeks you loose inches rather that lb's but either was something is happening for the good so i wouldnt worry, i would even go as far as saying get those scales up the loft out of the way!!!!

If that happened then you were doing the wrong sort of exersize, to burn fat you need to do cardio workouts, i think the rule to go by is if your sitting or laying its not right!!

I think you have summed it up yourself, you do loose weight without exercise but you do loose more with it.
But i do suggest maybe getting a pedometer that way you will be concious of how much walking you do, wright this down ever week and without realising you will be trying to do more.
It's definately easier, and i was being so good right up untill today when i have been a little naughtly but i have written it all down and hopefully i can amend that by cutting back on my sins untill tue for my next weighing.
