Yes yes and yes, I have experiance with this! I'm trying to get back in the zone myself currently. I think a swift kick up the butt and a good talking to myself normally helps, once I start again I normally get back into the swing of it again pretty quick, but the initial starting process is tough.

This is my motivation, it was only last summer but ive put on about 8lb since that pic and (believe it or not) it shows, so I would love to lose that extra weight and get back to looking like that again!
Hey Ferny. Thanks for that. I will try cutting down the portion sizes, stick to red days etc. I dont eat a massive amount of fruit as I cant always afford to buy it so cutting that down might be a mission.

Yeah I reckon you will be fine counting the mean at 10 syns. I normally have the same dish at Ask and count it as 5 syns as it doesnt come with the cheese.

EE doesnt work for me. Find it REALLY hard to get the 1/3 SF foods in there so find I tent to maintain when doing the EE plan, which is a shame is it seems really good!

There are quite a few low syn crisps hun. Velvet Crunch are 4 syns a packet (if i remember correctly), multipack french fries and quavers are about 4.5 syns and many of the tesco/asda value cheese puff etc are arounf 4 syns a packet too x

I used to have a lot of debt. In the end I got one large loan from tesco, paid off my credit card, store cards, other loans etc and just paid that one amount each month. That was 5 years ago though and I finish paying it December 2012. You have to be strict with yourself in the mean time though...
