    Right, i weighed myself on Friday and i was 16stone 2pounds. Amazingly this was 6 pounds down, on a month ago when i wasn't dieting - i thought i was 16.8! 16 weeks till i go on holiday so i will use this as a target, and i plan to drop 2 pounds a week so i'm going to set my target at 15...

    Hi All... Can anyone tell me what foods i should be eating in the morning to give me a boost for the gym, and how long before i go to the Gym i should be eating them? I am doing cardio excercise at the moment, for weight loss. Thanks in advance! :cool:
