Ive been trying for a baby for the past 7months now and nothing has happened but was wondering if its safe to be trying for a baby while on cd?:confused:

Ive read that some people have had a change in both weight and clothes and wondered how long it took before this was noticed (more clothes than weight)!

ive had all three packs today and loads of water, no headaches no dizzyness and found only 3 flavours that i like, choc, choc mint and chicken and mushroom soup. cant wait to get the bars in x x x

yeah they normally have 2-4 poles and the more experienced go one seperate ones to the newbies and you get taught a certain amount of moves a week then practice them as the weeks go on introducing new moves each week! hope that helps
hun dont worry when i went thats all i kept thining but honestly they are not skinny and i was 13st when i went and its just your strengh that you will build up, dint get me wrong it does hurt and you cant move the next day but you will notice a diffrence espesially after a few times of going
all you do to make the crisps is put the soup powder in a bowl and add water to make a paste then put onto baking paper or a plate (it does stick so be carfull when you take them off) then put them into the microwave and cook until slightly hard but not burned, they burn very very quick x
hun i hate the soups too but i make crisps out of them and they are lovely and also helps you with knowing your chewing something so it acctuly feels like your eating x

hi i done cd for 3 weeks and i i was in bed at 7 every night and didnt have the energy to do anything, i dont think its dangerous but you will get extreamly light headed. i wouldnt recomend it but if you want to excersise do what you feel you can and dont push yourself x x good luck

reductil is only allowed for people who are eating food!!!! i am currently on reductil and would strongly suggest that you stop as reductil supresses your appitite and gets rid of unwanted fats in your diet and when on cd you dont take in any fats so reductil would probably just get rid of the...

ive had my whole course of 3 wraps lost 15 1/2 on first 13 1/2 on second and 13 1/2 on third, really happy with the results, althoughi did goup a bit each i have lost nearly 2 inches oin all areas since i had my first one, enjoy the rest! are you having full or part wraps?
the way i work it out is 1 point per 100ml. have you tryed the qweight watchers wine? its lovely but no better than jacobs creek or blossom hill. i had a few glasses last night
