How do you cope with party's/family gatherings etc..?

Honestly? At the moment I avoid them at all costs :( managed my husbands 40th celebrations by having a low fat, protein only meal with the family ( and then only eating half of it) washed down with lots of tap water (the waiters just love it when you order that!). Now I've gone to ground cos...

I've been and gone and done it!! :o))

May the force be with you - I found the first few days quite tough - but the wise owls on here gave 2 great bits of advice: 1. Take it one day at a time - thinking about how many days or weeks ahead of you does you no good at all - all you have to think about is today and you can get through...

    flapjacks?

I too decided that they couldnt possibly be THAT bad - then I tried one - no word of a lie - I managed a tiny scraping of 1 corner and it was easily THE most revolting thing I have ever ever tried to eat. The peanutty taste is overpowering - and bizarrly the coconut one tastes exactly the...

Restarting TFR- repeat from Refeed forum

Hey Guenevere I'm new but your post really struck a chord - its easy to get hung up on what people think and what they might be saying, but I know from experience that the net result of that is that you do nothing and nothing changes. The most important person in the world is yourself and how...
