    100% Mon-Thurs

    yeah i think first 100% day went well. I had shake for breakfast and lunch with a pear and banana as my snacks and then had risotto for tea and marshmallows and angel delight for pudding :-) hopefully wont have anything else! hope you have all had good days too.

    20/4/09 started slim fast! excited!

    welcome! slim fast sounds like it shud fit in well with ur lifestyle cos its so convientient. i usually try and have limfast within an hour of waking up and then one for lunch usually 4 hours later and then have tea (600 cals) around 6 hours after that but i dont think it matters about timing...

    yeah 600 cals for eve meal and you shud be ok. cud be any reason, and perhaps ur body's readjusting, stick with it Sarah! i'm sure it'll budge, some weeks it just doesn't show as much as others, its still a loss tho so WELL DONE! how diff is slim fast from ur usual diet?

    How long does ittake to train for a marathon? i decided to do it and had my heart set on the 2010 london marathon but after speaking to a few people they dont seem to think that will give me enuf training time. i can comfortably run 5k (maybe a little further) and run for at least 30 mins 3/4...

    boots dont always advertise it and somtimes the staff arent even aware, but if you ask them to scan 3 items it'd come up, i am assuming its for all stores.

    slim fast have added vitamins and nutrients to make up for those that ur missing out on as ur eating so much less, but i often have porridge for breakfast or soup for lunch and have been fine :-)

    Thanks! I started at the end of September so 3-4 months to loose 2 stone, i was just having tesco light choices milkshake for breakfast and lunch and snacking on LOADS of fruit and having normal eve meal.. only difference was i used one cal spray instead of oil if i was frying anything.

    Slimfast or Tesco's own?

    I havent seen coffee flavour either. i use Tesco and slim fast - if its on offer and seems to work for me. i can only drink slim fast when its really cold tho, or i think it tastes funny! i take the individual cartons to work for breakfast and lunch and then if i'm at home you can make ur own...
