    I am not an expert but would think if you made sure there was at least one third of veg in the Bolognese then it would be ok, after all if you made a vegetable soup you wouldn't put an extra third veg on the side?

    The buttery frylite is really tasty you can fry eggs etc in it but you can spray it on to cooked vegetables like corn on cob to give that taste, I do use butter buds as well.

    Absolutely Just cook the chickpeas with some water curry powder and onion and garlic , maybe put in a stock cube for seasoning. Then just use it as per recipe, this is how I do mine, you can swop the chickpeas for lentil dhaal as well, very very nice.

    I have some Tofu in the fridge marinating in Tikka , made with ff yogurt and Tikka spice, the stuff you use for chicken tikka. from the asian shop, so no syns, will cook in actifry just the same, you could fry in a pan or do it in the oven if you kept turning, will be delicious.
