    Go on WW web site. That will give you an idea of whats involved, you will find the calculations easy. On WW you can even have treats that you would think should be banned when you are trying to loose weight, but as long as you stick within your points they are allowed. Good luck.

    atkins bar is a meal??

    You will soon find out what your fav shakes are. You should not feel hungry on this diet as you are allowed 3 snakes a day. I find that nuts keep the hunger pangs away. Good luck on cs. The good thing about this forum is that there is always somebody able to answer any queries that you have.

    The three flavours are Sweet Thia Red Chilli, Lime & Cracked Black Pepper, and I think the 3rd flavour is Tomato & Basil. At the moment Asda has them on special offer 3 for £3. You can eat them hot or cold. I prefer them cold.

    DHL are Pants!

    I got a free meal replacement bar from Rowlands when I told them that it was cheaper to buy online. They checked the price on line and found I was right. Think I'll try another branch of Rowlands next time and see if I get another bar next time. Worth a try.

    I agree with you DHL are pants I paid for post and package and landed up going to the depot to collect my parcel. They could not find my address. No other delivery firm has this problem Then they said there was not enough information on my address despite my full address and post code on the label.
