    Thanks so much! I guess I got bored of trawling through the thread before I reached the last page! I don't have a microwave but may be able to get round it using a warm pan to make the dough. The veg soup is my fav at the moment! It's poss the burgers would work with the mushroom too...?

    It has only been taking just over 4 miles a day to do around 10,000 steps... so not totally hard to achieve!

    Porridge coming to LL.

    Porridge coming to LL.

    Hi Bevlier Day 8 was my worst day! I started having proper addiction style cravings that I knew from when I gave up smoking! it was horrible but the next day was a bit better and now I am on day 11 and I am fine again, only mild cravings but coping better! GGF good luck!

    Week one and my hair is so dry!
