    Well I made the above last night in preparation for todays PV and I must admit it was lovely. I have assumed I can eat this. I made it up with a veg stock cube and some added some philly cheese at the end when I was whizzing up. I actually feel full, which never happens to me with soup!!!

    Paul McKenna (If any one is interested)!

    Well I have just dug the cd out and I am going to put it on my Ipod. I did this about a year ago and it worked for a while but I think you need to keep reading the book etc to keep you on track. I have taped all the shows again so plan to sit and watch them as well.

    Yeap it is normal to put on weight, I think they generally say you can gain anything up to 7lbs :rolleyes: Next week your weight in will show a different story
