    You can have as many meals as you like as long as you don't go over the 4 meals a day (or 3 plus protein). So for instance, you could have 3 x meals & 1 bar.

    Massive failure re-starting Monday...tips please!

    It's not hard at all once you get going. I have never thought less about food in my life than being on this diet. All the food you do get is nice, and you don't feel hungry once you are in ketosis, so that's not a factor. Honestly, it's a lot less hard than you think it will be.

    Long haul guys -Any tweaks at 3 months + or close to goal?

    S&S told me that after 12 weeks you should have a week off - by that they mean have 3 packs a day, plus 1 "normal healthy meal" per day to take you up to around 1000 cals per day. Then after that you can continue on again as normal if you want to.

    Your body only dumps Ketones a few times a day. If you use the Ketostix at another time, they will show negative - this is why a lot of people don't use them. As has already been said, trust the diet, it works - and stop worrying if the sticks aren't pink.
