    I brown off my meatballs in it, without the paddle then put it back in and add sauce ingredients and let it cook away. saw a lady somewhere else that did egg fried rice in hers and it looked lovely. oh and I did salt and pepper chips in it too x

    I just found this thread, we had enchiladas tonight, no syns and a hex A of cheese. I used cooked lasagne sheets instead of the tortillas and they were really tasty. will try and post a pic later.

    I found a couple of tins of green lentils lurking in the back of my cupboard, any ideas for things to make with them. have only really used red lentils in soups till now, but want to include more in my meals.

    Wii for weight loss?

    I have wii fit and fit plus, love the free stepping so I can watch the telly. Just getting back into it after a few months. My daughters friend brought round just dance and just dance 2 and I really enjoyed them as well, think my arms will ache from that and my legs from the stepping!

    just a quick reply Home - moreveg.co.uk, vegetable seed company, vegetable seeds, herb seeds, flower seeds this site is good for seeds if you are just starting, you dont end up paying a fortune for loads of seeds you won't use.

    Usually in the freezer about 50p a tub. I made it last week and it was lush. I put some fresh thyme and a bay leaf in mine instead of the mixed herbs. Really good on my hexb of Finn crisps

    Just made a small batch like honeys, wow, they were amazing. Cooked breakfasts will be fantastic with these. I didn't use any extra flour for rolling as I used my baking mat and flipped them straight in the pan.

    Carrot salad......wee bit grated fresh ginger, finely diced red chilli-I used half of one, lemon zest, grated carrot, seasoning and lemon juice. You can add some toasted flaked almonds I did about 10g and the syns were low and worth it.

    I try to have 2 ltrs a day and sometimes more. I don't have tea or coffee so its mainly squash and water for me, occasionally will have some fizzy (diet). I do feel better when I drink enough.

    Passata, tabasco, mint sauce.......think that is generally what is in a kebab sauce.....I am sure my local has a touch of cinnamon in it too. Play about with quantities to get the taste you want. Someone else might have a more specific recipe for you.

    I use a mild curry powder and add 1 tbs, you could always add more if you wanted to. I like to saute onions till they are really soft and golden before adding the powder. Hope you like it, and like you say it is so quick and cheap to make so no huge waste if you are not keen.

    I got one years ago from QVC and the chicken is amazing-the gimmick at the time was that it was so tender the guy used a carrot to "carve" it. One thing I would say is try and get a cast iron one and it conducts better and will last. Spaneck or Spanek not sure of spelling.
