    Thanks everyone. On cambridge I only really had banana and choc mint. So I could probably do pep. tea with a choc shake on exante. It's the price that's pushing me this way. I have a lot to loose and have been dieting for years but not lost anything!!!! Having a holiday later in the year...

    Hiya Can you tell me how the sweet shakes taste in comparison to cambridge or lighterlife shakes. I have tried both these in the past and found cambridge nicer but could tolerate the lighterlife ones. Thanks x x x

    what milk do you use! seems high points! I have a pint of skimmed a day for 2 points! Also carrots are free and green beans and do you have a very large bowl of cereal! Just trying to save you a few points.

    hiya everyone, thought I would start my own diary on here, you never know it might help someone one day!!!! Started properly on the diet on Sunday, joined the gym last tuesday and have been evry day since! Tried to do the cambridge diet but failed again at it, just getting fatter with it...
