    Starting with BMI 40+

Hi all, Am looking at starting Lipotrim in the New Year, and was wondering if the chemist can still supply it if you have a BMI over 40 (I'm 41). I have no other health problems. I know from notices in my GP's surgery that they aren't very supportive about VLCDs, so was hoping I could deal...

    Day 61 - Things I Have Learned!

Luckily I am a bit better at the Cambridge Diet than I am at keeping any kind of blog for a length of time Tesco Value jeans look about as expensive as they are However, while wearing them I have discovered that after all these years I do actually have an arse After sixty one days I still can’t...

Shall we get to know each other better??

This thread is a great idea Sarah! Hi, I'm John, I'm 35 years old. Originally from Chester, but moved down to London about 12 years ago. I'm seperated from my wife, and have a four year old son who spends half the week with me. I know it's a cliche, but he's my world... I used to be a...

    Day 61 - Things I Have Learned!

Thanks Jane - it's 28lb rather than 29lb, and is over 16 days rather than 14, so not as great as it sounds! Am still chuffed though. If anything, it shows me how much I used to overeat to put the weight on in the first place... am sure it's going to slow down this week - I was drinking 8 litres...

    Day 61 - Things I Have Learned!

Hahaha!!!! That's brilliant! Us men can't even deal with flu without needing to be hospitalised, we couldn't cope with anything else... Have got a bit of a sore throat at the moment, so I'm guessing it's pneumonia - have sent for the air ambulance to be certain.

Sarah, Laura and kerry's cd diary!!!

Hi Sarah, I read a book about ‘positive thinking’ recently (ssshh, don’t tell anyone!), and it got me thinking about this diet. I think the main thing when you have eaten something is not to see it as cheating. Cheating suggests you’ve done something wrong, and so it’s more likely to affect...

    Day 61 - Things I Have Learned!

Day 6 - Things I have learnt Bit late today, sorry! Despite my moaning, all is going fine and dandy... There is only one thing more boring than drinking lots of water, and that’s peeing it out again afterwards I have reorganised my wardrobe for the next six weigh-ins by garment weight I...

    Day 61 - Things I Have Learned!

Day 5 I don't want everyone to get too excited, but me and my blender have decided to kiss and make up. We're going to give things another go. It's early days, and I think we've both been hurt by what's happened in the past, so we're taking it steady, and just going to see each other four...

    back to reality healthy eating

Hi Kittykat, I cam imagine it's so much harder second time round - the first time round it's such a novelty that it takes away some of the 'pain' I guess. It's double-hard when the day doesn't start in the best way. You've done it before, I'm sure you can do it again!!!
