    Just thought I'd let you know how refeed is going. Weight has stabilised, gained 1lb this week, I'm cool with it though as it is TOTM. Looking forward to going on holiday 15th July, 2 weeks in Egypt, best thing is to wear clothes that aren't too tight which makes you feel uncomfortable!

    Thank you MiniB. You only have 8lb to your goal wight, when did you say you were starting refeeding?. I found a cheap book of foods with "Low GI" (low glycemic index ), I think this is helping, so I think a conbination of low Carbs & GI works.......so far.

    Thanks Bev, yeah same here, my logic was to start refeeding so my body got used to food and introduce carbs gradual, as the penny has dropped after 37 years that carbs is what keeps my weight on.     You are certainly not a whinger, you are having a hard time and just need support, like everyone said. Don't cave because you can do it. I recomend you buy Ketostix so that you can have proof you are in Ketosis, I use them everyday just as a reassurannce that it is all worth it!

    Yesterday was day 3 of taking Lipotrim, I nearly cracked!

    Really did struggle yesterday:confused:, to the point of going to bed as early as possible. I've been told that the first 4 days are the worst and if I can survive them then I'll be alright, sooooooooooooo hope I caan get past today!:sigh:.

    Hi, first day and I'm surviving, just downing the drinks in seconds. Felt weird at dinner time tonight , cooking and dishing up for everyone apart from me!. For ex cigarette smokers they give pretend fags, can I have petend food? :-)). Your wedding will definiately kepp you motivated...
