    just had it on toast with chopped banana and a squeeze of honey for brekkie. i also added a little tub to scan bran cake the other day...and a couple of table spoons of quark to the recipe too. crushed some malteasers up and sprinked them on top and it was chocolate heaven :)

    i personally wouldn't count it. i believe water or with squash is the best thing, i drink a lot of green tea too and since i've cut diet coke out(a couple of weeks ago) i feel loads better(not part of the question i know but had to say :) )

    Slimming world chips!

    i don't par boil or anything, just cut them into chips, no peeling, throw them in a bowl and coat with frylight and salt then put them on one of those bendy chip tray thingys and stick in the oven on 180 for 20 mins then blast them on full for the last few mins :)

    if i'm having a pasta and sauce i just micro a bowl full of frozen carrots/broccli/cauli to mix in with it, just saves me on time and makes my meal bulkier and i can't taste much differece. i do make a lot of soup though and i use fresh ingredients for that, but veg isn't that expensive...

    if you know you are going to be eating there, on that particular day have brekkie and lunch that would accomodate any plan so you have more scope for your evening meal. if theres bread or anything on the side then just make the best choice you can, and most of all, enjoy!!!!
