    Cold feet??

    I have constantly been cold since on LT too. I personally don't think i went into ketosis until around day 5 and after day 6/7 the hunger subsided for me. x

    boobs!

    I have the same problem too! I have loads of stretchmarks and on my back around my waist and on my arms from gaining weight and I hate them too. I think there is some type of cosmetic treatment to help reduce the appearance of stretch marks but not sure what - try googling it. x

    You are doing great - well done! Make sure you have all of your shakes though as you need them all. You may start to feel unwell if you skip them. I personally never suffered with the headaches - just keep up your water intake and that should help you avoid them. x

    soups and flapjackssss

    I have gone off the soup now as i find it leaves a strange after taste. I personally wouldn't risk adding anything to them as some people have found this detrimental to their weight loss and I wouldn't want to risk that. So I have just chosen to go with the shakes - 7 of each flavour a day. x

    mixing at work

    i just use a beaker that i bought from a supermarket. Anything such as a water bottle or a gym bottle will be fine. In tesco's they sell powder supplements in the fitness section and they have shakers that are perfect for mixing up your lipotrim sachets on the go.:)
