    I'm on day 6 of attack.I weighed every day for the first 3 days,one day lost21/2Ibs,one day lost 1/4Ib:eek:,next day gained 3/4Ib so now I,m going to weigh weekly!Not very impressed by daily weighing!!

    Hi Lynsey, I don't think it comes in cube form,I think it's Marigold bouillon (low salt)in a purple tub.I think the stock cubes contain too much salt?....but I may be wrong????:o:o

    Hi Minz, I put my tetra in a large glass and top up with hot or cold water,it doesn't taste watery at all.....try it...it's lovely!:DThey are so concentrated,so you can add lots of water:D:D

    It's a great feeling isn't it,not to feel hungry?I also ate a lot of carbs-bread,rice pasta,spuds etc.,and now,every so often,I get a yearning for a large chunk of crusty bread,but I try to keep busy and the feeling(mostly;) ) passes.
