thanks every one, i have started optislim why.. because its cheaper here in ireland, 60 for cd, and 65 for l/t is too much, its the same thing really apart from they say you only replace 2 meals.. its 48 a week.. so i thought cool 2 200cal shakes and i will replace breakfast with a 80 cal...

in pounds its between 36/39 a week (non tetras) which means in ireland its a lot more, but the cdcs will probably be charged a lot more themselves. not bloody fair though, the exchange rate hovvers between 96 and 90c, been that way for months now so 60 euro would equate too about 57 pounds...
