    Is breakfast really worth it?

    I only eat breakfast now if I'm hungry, same with lunch and dinner. I just listen to my body rather than eat at a regimented time, as I find if I eat when I'm not really hungry I just start grazing and end up eating constantly all day.

    Sadly I've had to give up; I was vommiting yesterday, nearly passed out and had a terrible migraine. I was so disapointed but I have started weight watchers today. I know I wont loose anywhere near as fast but I just couldn't cope with being so ill. Good luck to all of you for 2011 x

    Oh my i am excited!!!

    I've just started today. I had vanilla shake for breakfast and the toffee, nut and raisin bar for lunch. I did start to feel sick after the shake but I had some anti sickness tablets on hand and feel fine now. I am feeling really good about having started.

    Hello, I'm starting tomorrow. I was due to start a few weeks ago but I felt so ill on the first day, I had to come home from work. I'm starting again tomorrow as I'm off work for a week. I know it is going to be hard, but I have to do it. We can all support each other and we will get there!

    I am now 13 stone 6 pounds, so I've lost 6lb in my first week. I wish the weight loss could stay at that rate, but I know it wont.

    Thankyou everyone. I am trying to keep my calorie intake to 1000, that way if I slip a bit, which I know I will do, I've still got plenty of calories left to eat, before I stop losing. I am going to do my weigh in on friday.

    Louise, you have just inspired me, I am doing a very similar diet as I want to lose weight fast but can't stand those meal replacement ones. So far I have lost 5lb in less than a week. After reading your posts I am deffinately going to stick to it.
