    There is a official ww iPhone one, I use it and find it great. If your a WW online user is logs into your tracker and all. It's only on the Uk iTunes, not the Irish one.

    Day 1 = complete!! Eventually got my 1st day done....its very good. Each set is hard and you feel like giving up, but then its over...the time flys! And she really is good at knowing when it is hurting and encourages you to keep going! cant wait for day 2!

    What are your dinners?

    My favourie dinner is chicken stir fry. I chop a chicken breast, but it in s frying pan with a clove of garlic and a chicken or stock cube and a little water, then throw in your fav veg and cook for a few mins. Serve with rice or noodles. I like to add a little water so it's not completely dry!

    If your Irish, but have a friend who has a Uk iTunes then you can log into their iTunes on your computer, just search,download and update your phone and bobs your uncle you have the official app!! Saying that it took me a while of fiddling to sort it! Best of luck to anyone trying!
