    I gained half a pound but I'm a lot heavier than you so should have lost really... I didn't think I was bothered but this and other stuff tonight has put me in a right old mood.

    What are the rules for winning slimmer of the month?

    I've had it in my past attempts at SW and I think it is purely who has lost the most regardless of any gain or how new they are. I'm surprised some groups don't do it, I got a slimmer of the month mug when I 'won' it! :D I've lost the mug but still have a photo. :p

    I want to be healthy. I started having panic attacks in 2007 and my weight just contributes to my anxiety about getting ill etc.

    I want to be half the woman !!

    Hi all I'm new etc. :) I should be aiming for around 10st 7 for my ideal weight but my mini goal (for the last 16 years :eek:) is 16st 7 that's when I go from morbidly obese to obese. I have reached it a couple of times but unfortunately I am back at 20st 4 (.5 :p) at the mo. :sigh:
