Can anyone tell me the syn value for this please, i looked on the sw website a couple of months ago and i'm sure it said 2 and a half syns, but it doesn't sound right, can't get on it to find out now :D

Its not so bad, you just need to syn the choc, and 2 extra b's you have had. quorn filling?
