    I don't think it would knock you out....in cd they used to say no due to the salt....making you retain water..leading to people getting disheartened when weighing in. If that's all you have tille you can get some marigold low salt....then if it were me i would have it and just drink a bit more...

    The thing with carbs is it has to be below a certain amount over the day or you'll be out of ketosis and you'll feel hungry and the more carbs the more your water stores will fill

    when i was on cd If i really had to eat i used to have a small amount of cucumber diced into some tuna...the in water kind not brine for the salt issue. i also used to have chicken, and white fish and still lost 4st 7lbs in 16 weeks.

    could it be bloating before yours period? on a plan like this fluctuations are bad..what i got told on CD was fat cells are round and when we lose fat they go a kinda sickle shape and cells don't like changing so they fill with water but they have to let the water eventually.

    i have around 4-6 points for my dinner sometimes lower but never higher. i love salad sandwhiches.....sometimes ww soup and some bread....i'm liking the chilli chicken low fat super noodles at the moment for 5pts for the full pack and i find i'm full for ages with them. welcome aboard x

    WW is fab, i've tried sw and while i loved the fact fruit was free....i found i was having odd combinations of food and really struggled when out and about and just wanted a sandwhich on the go.     Eat higher pointed food......like if your using skimmed milk, go for semi instead or if your on semi try full fat milk. if your using ww bread, change to "normal bread" instead of ww yoghurt's have something like the muller lights at 1.5pts wish i had a problem using up my points...
