    I've done it, I've completed my first week :D It wasn't so bad, pretty sure I can do another week ;) I got some soups from my councillor yesterday and I tried the leek and potato (they didn't have it last time I did it) and I loved it, tasted fab, gutted I only got one, will be ordering more...

    Restart Today

    Just been for my weigh-in and although it's only been six days can't see what difference an extra day would make but I've lost 7lbs :D I was expecting a little more but I'm just comparing to last time I lost 9lb in the first week but I was much heavier last time.

    Whats everyones goals?

    I've been thinking about setting some goals, when I started all I wanted was to get to my target weight but I kept feeling like I wanted something inbetween to work for. So my first goal is to get below 12 stone, I haven't been below 12 in all my adult life.

    Glad to read you are doing so well. I understandwhat you mean about everyone eating around you and not feeling "normal". The first time I did CD it was hell when my then OH would have dinner and I'd have a shake. Now i'm single I don't seem to have that problem.

    Cambridge Bars

    I haven't cooked the peanut one as I don't it would make a nice biscuit but I have made little biscuits out of the chocolate, choc toffee and choc orange ones and they are nice. I just cook them 15 secs at a time until they look like a little biscuits and then let them cool.

    I switched from LL to Cambridge two weeks ago and I'm so glad I did. Taking the cost factor away the bars and packs are so much nicer and you can spread the out over the day.     Lateral Thigh trainer...

    I got one a few weeks ago and I like it. I do the DVD everyday and I can tell it has worked, both upper and lower body. I've read they don't last very long but I only paid £30 with free delivery. I only want it to last until I've finished the diet and then I can afford to get back in the gym :)

    I've had dreams too where I've eaten or drank something then remembered I was on LL and been really upset with myself. I think as it's such a huge change in your life and so much is riding on doing LL that your worries and fears manifest themselves in your dreams.
