    This is a great idea size 102b!!! I will join you in the hope it keeps me focused at the weekends lol!!! I hope to get off another 5.5 pound by christmas. Start weight 13st 1.5 pounds, aim to be 12st 10 pounds by Xmas!!! We can do it!!!!!! ;)

    lunch ideas on PP

    homemade soups or slim a soups are a must for me, as lunch is my hungriest meal ;) I have ryvita or crispbread on days I want to save points. ;)

    eating less carbs??

    This is my third day on propoints plan and I am enjoying it and already finding I am eating less carbs. I find I snack on more fruit and tend to have less carbs with my main meal and more veggies to save on points lol. I just wondered if anyone else feels they are eating less processed carbs...

    Diet plate

    Hello, I have just started with my new "diet plate" which measures out your portion sizes so no counting!!!!! I am really pleased lost two pounds each week for last 3 weeks!!!! Just being nosey and wondered if anyone else has tried it???? So far it seems so simple but effective. ;)
