    If I wanted to follow the new revised Extra Easy plan, could I still do it using a previous directory? I don't feel I want to pay Ebay prices (I don't go to meetings). I have the original EE book so what differences would there be.

    Hi My stats are exactly the same as yours, weight, height, calories per day. I am a very slow loser and I think I've done well at 1lb a week. I've been given 1200 calories per day my MFP. I don't think anyone should go below this figure. Good luck!

    Me too. I do the same and don't find it a problem. I know if I've been good and the scales happen to show a gain, I know it's not a real gain. It's only a problem if someone gets obsessed.

    Hi Well done! I am 5'4". Many moons ago I was a size 16 and weighed 10st. Different bone structures may vary this of course but at 10 st you should be quite slim. Good luck!

    A while ago I found a spreadsheet on here that someone had created and it was fabulous for keeping track of weight and BMI. I accidentally deleted it :cry:and now I can't find it on here. I wondered if anyone had a copy of it or if they knew where I could find it. Thanks.

    SW chips

    I cut mine up then microwave on a plate (no water) for 3 minutes. I then spray with frylite on a baking tray and put the min the oven around 180c for around 20-30 mins. Gorgeous. I cut them mor into wedges though than chips.
