    I had a funny turn last weekend and the chemist has told me to have 2 lt's a day and a main meal in the evening. I thought once you are on LT you needed to go into ketosis to loose weight - I lost 6LB in weight on one day and I think that was my problem. has anyone any advice ?????

    Hi I'm going on holiday next week - so my pharmacist recommended I refeed = I am starting tomorrow - but I am going to continue having 1 shake for breakfast all through my holiday. I will be careful why I am away and as soon as I get back on the Sunday i will start again.

    this was the 1st week on this diet and I haven't been on a diet for over 3 years and the weight has piled on. Looking at other peoples results I was expecting at least 8lbs especially as I had been so good.

    Hi yah be careful I bought the official shaker tonight tried it to make a vanilla coffee latte. put in into the mixer put the lid on shook it and it exploded sending lumpy coffee latte all over me my kitchen hubby and his dinner = not advised to shake it up. pretty bloody ointless really
