80g strawberries (yum!)

Salad (sweetcorn, red cabbage, mixed pulses, tomato, cucumber, red onions & celery)

Dinner
Stir fried (in 1cal spray) chinese veg with soya beans & tofu
500ml water
Snacks
Handful Cherries, 4...
