All of my weeks have been slow ... and now they're even slower! Anyway, I have just had my gym assessment.... I have lost Waist -3.5", Bust -3", Abdomen -3", Hips -2.5", Thighs - 1.5" & 1", Arms -1/2" ea
My body fat is down 4.5%
BMI now a healthier 26.6
So, I'm feeling a bit happier now!
