Why has my weight loss been taken off?? It should say -11lb??? Ive copied and pasted it again with the correct weight on, but everyone check your weight is correct on the above list.

I couldn't drink the water plain so my CDC said to have the flavourings because no water no weightloss. Although ur not supposed to have them for the first 2 weeks I just couldnt manage drinking without it. Now I do 3ltrs a day without a worry. Stick with it :D

Hi there, I'm doing ok. I have stuck to it religiously and I'm managing to drink 2-3 ltrs a day with the flavorings but that hasn't affected the colour of the ketostix. They are really dark mornings and number 4 evenings? I still get really hungry alot of the time tho. I just try to keep busy...

Oh no MrsFB I kno I will be the same tomorrow if I've not got a big loss. Its such a hard diet to follow. Try and look at it like this next week if u lose 6 that will be just under a stone in 2 weeks ..... now thats good going. Give it one more full week of giving 100 percent before u lose...

Thanks for the advise hun x I try n think positive n it does help. I'm strong at the minute but I do worry Il have a moment of weakness when I feeling really hungry n end up eating something. Hopefully my first weigh in tomorrow will motivate me :)
