    It used to really annoy me that I couldn't be honest about what I was doing with my parents. Until I turned 18 I had to lie all the time to make what I was doing acceptable. As soon as I was 18 my parents let me do my own thing, and I told them everything - so much safer.

    You will only gain weight if you stop exercising if you get used to eating more because you are going to the gym, and continue to eat like that if you stop. Otherwise, it'll do you good to exercise even for a short period, and like you say keep you occupied.

    SW doesn't allow extra syns for excercise because it allows unlimited carb/protein dense foods, so you don't need the extra calories. It encourages you to fill up on good food rather than empty calories which is what allowing extra syns would mean.
