    Gah, friday night is the pits on this diet lol, no work tommorow and i'm staying in drinking tea !!. I know i could go out, but being around booze and friends who are boozing is just way too tempting heh

    Me and a friend from work who are both on cambridge had something similar, i had real bad muscle aches in my leg very similar to the after effects of a hard workout like a day or two after without having done the hard workout.

    I am dieting for numerous reasons, vanity and health. I think losing weight purely for the health benefits are good enough reason alone.

    Goodjob with the willpower, well done it cant have been easy, i was sat next to someone at work today who ate the most lovely smelling cornish pasty and then followed it with a bag of spicy doriti crisps which are my all time favourite arghh!!!! :)

    Had my first spicy tomato soup for breakfast, was better than i expected, 2nd day of 2nd week and no cheats yet, i am thinking more and more about food though, its not hunger i'm just missing the taste. I couldn't stop thinking about cooking a bit chilli con carne last night lol

    Feb starters thread

    Hey guys, i just started my CD on wednesday, havn't cheated once so far, cant weight for Week 1 weigh in. Hope all is good, good luck to you all keep up the hard work.

    Dont beat yourself up about it, i mean looking at your details you have allready lost 17lbs thats awsome. So a cheat here and there might be a minor hiccup along the way, its not going to make you sudenly pile all that weight back on. Why not just stay positive and think "ok that was naughty...

    Yea, just 19lbs to lose here to get to my ideal BMI, conventional methods of weight loss were going sooo slow, 1lb a week just doesn't cut it for me :)

    Day 3 OMG

    I am also on day 3, it doesn't really help that it falls on a friday, had to try and explain the situation to my friends who were shocked at the fact i wasn't going out in town this week !! I am getting a little bit hungry but i am not finding it that intense to be honest, i am simply shocked...
