    i had that for ages too!! kept trying on trousers that were FAR too big for me - having said that I've always thought I was a bit body dysmorphic as I tend to turn a blind eye when putting on weight, in my mind I was always slimmer that I actually was.... Hopefully i'm getting it right now! x

    yep no worries there. I have it a quite a lot on oatcakes and with fruit it is nice, just like yogurt really, most low fat dairy are pretty much the same in my eyes (yogurt, fromage frais, cottage cheese,quark). Bio live yoghury is the best for you though as the cultures are good for digestion.
