    I don't know much about them, but the advantage of hiring is they put it where you want it and construct it! The back of the pedal on the one I have definitely rises more than 21 inches, but the front doesn't. It would depend what stride length you were using I think.

    I would really recommend South Beach, though you will find the first couple of weeks really tough. It forces you to stabilise your blood sugar and it will therefore reduce any cravings. The book has a really good explanation on why having an unstable blood sugar produces these cravings...

    People who can't wait to get into Next, did you know they do a Plus range? It's sizes 24-28 and their sizes are at least a size bigger than Evans. It's only available online though. There are often good reductions on the Plus range in the Next sale too :D.

    :D I think that's great, it's so easy to make excuses about not having the right stuff in! I'm sure you'll lose weight if that's the sort of food you eat, though keep in mind you can eat more, in case you get bored or frustrated!
