    Have a pint of water and 2 ibuprofen when you get in. Also try drinking water throughout the night too. Hangover is all about being dehydrated isn't it - so try and limit that side of things x

    26 points is the lowest you can be on. Definitely try and eat all your points each day. If it's only a couple you miss, then it's not really a HUGE issue I shouldn't think.     I've thought of something that I've done differently last week... Ive not had as much fruit as normal. I noticed grapes and other fruits had been giving me a tummy ache. So all I've had is either apples, bananas and satsumas. And then it's only been one banana a day and maybe 1-2 apples a day xxx

    Anyone else keep loosing and gaining the same amount for weeks on end?

    This happened with me. I STS for 5 weeks in a row and that was when I was doing the most exercise. Before that, I was going up and down the same few pounds.
