    Hi I'm a little confused about what we're allowed to eat, I know the basics such as quorn, turkey/chicken, tuna & the 2 tablespoons of veggies, but what herbs/spices are we allowed to add to make them more edible :D (are chilli's allowed?) Also what stock if any can we use. I'm only on day 4...

    That's really spooky as I'm suffering with the same thing, altho I've had mine for a couple of weeks so before I started on the CD, it drives me nuts tho, it feels sooo dry and no amount that I drink makes it feel any better.....wonder what it can be!?!
