    Hi I use sins to make my meals more normal sauces salad dressings mustard etc. Also you could have extra cheese or bread and count as sins. You really need to keep you value up. I didn't, I lost 3.5 stones from May to October and then really plateaued. It's a brill plan stick with it. Sorry...

    Hi I'm new on this board but have been doing sw since amy and have lost 3st 5 however have had a mare of a trime SW wise over Christmas and am expecting bad things tomorrow. heh ho! been 100% today though including some body magic.
