    I am in Madeley. My brother started the diet 23 and half stones st the beginning of February. He is now 18.7 stones. The diet definetly works you just need to stick at it and stay motivated. ( i have lapsed the last few weeks but trying to regain focus)

    I have not done ss i have been on the 790 plan and lost 15 pounds in 5 weeks. I need to ss source but can't get in the right frame of mind. I guess i just need to plunge into before my holiday. Has the weight stayed off? My biggest concern is it coming back. Did you exercise also?

    I think as soon as you stop sole sourcing you will gain a few pounds as you start to store glycogen . As long as your inches have not gone up it should not be a problem. As it is probably water water rather than fat

    Just wanted to say well done. Have you been on Sole source or 790 cal plan? I am currently 11.5 and want to get to the same goal as you. But the loss is slowing and i don't know whether to sole source for thre last 20 pounds?

    if you don't mind me asking how much did you loose and how long did it take please? Were you on the 790 cal plan and did you experience a great loss in the first week but hardly much in the next two? Thanks P.S any tips i have about 2 stone to go i want to loose it by my 25th in july.
