    OT tattoo advice please :)

Hi I haven't got a tattoo, but I thought I would add my thoughts:) Why don't you wait until you are at goal, simply because you will probably be so pleased with the way you look that you may feel that you dont want one any more.

feel a bit hurt and embarrassed??

Personally I wouldn't say anything to him at all. He has shown himself to be untrustworthy not only to you but to his other work colleagues. He has said nasty things behind your back and the others will be very wary of trusting someone who is so two faced. If you say anything to him there is a...

"Alli" weight loss supplement (q for CDc's)

I was on Xenical a few years ago, the side effects are pretty unpleasant..bright orange oily substance:o if you eat fat. Trouble was things like jelly beans, wine gums licorish etc dont have any fat in them (but unfortunately have a very high sugar content) therefore I just switched to those:o...

I agree with Lexie, try some plain water as coffee tends to dehydrate. Most headaches are caused by dehydration apparently. Have you got any of the water flavourings yet?

Hi I have just come back from a 5 day break. It had been planned for ages and we were away with friends. I had hoped to keep to the maintance plan of 1000 kals. Unfortunately I left my bars and shakes on the side at home:(, I also didn't want to spoil the holiday for everyone else by obsessing...

    Have you found that!!!!

The thing is with any diet if you go back to your old ways then the weight piles back on. CD is a hard diet to follow but then it gives quick rewards and it is lot easier to stick to once the weight starts coming off in good amounts. I don't have the patience to do the WW, SW or calorie counting...

    totm and spots

It s very strange about the TOTM, I have been heading into very early menopause (confirmed by GP) for the last 3 years my TOTM was every 3 to 4 months if that. Since starting CD I am now every 3 weeks exactly what I was until I started the early menopause. It seems to have temporarily reversed

New here and starting next week .

Hi I found that the CD website wasn't very up to date when I was looking for a CDC,I emailed a couple from the website and didn't get a reply, one of the phone numbers listed was also not in use. I found it better to ring the CD switchboard and they gave me a couple of phone numbers of CDC's...

    What's a typical 200 calorie meal?

Hi I have just started adding a meal, I was doing SS with 4 sachets and I have substituted one of the sachets with a 150 cal meal. What I tend to do is either have a skinless chicken breast (100 grams) I know we can have 175gr but to be honest I find 100 grams fills me up or a small can of tuna...

    coffe with milk on SS

Well I have been on SS since 2nd Feb and my CDC has always said I can have 200ml of skimmed milk per day. I probably never actually drink this amount, but I certainly have 2 or three cups of coffee a day with skimmed milk. I thought it was a fairly new thing allowing skimmed milk on SS. I have...

    help!!!!!!!!!

I must admit I love all the bars, I like to leave mine as late as possible and then slowly eat it. I love the banana mousse with some of the chocolate shake added. Strangely enough I have gone right off the porridge, I can just about tolerate the ordinary porridge with flavouring from another...

    help!!!!!!!!!

I found in the early days before I could have the bars that making a muffin out of one of the shakes helped with the need to chew. The mixamousse really helps, I don't think I could have survived without my big bowl of scrummy bananna mousse.:D
