    I love the Pual McKenna cd, but after reading all the rave reviews here I have ordered the Glenn Harrold one... he definitely uses a deeper level of trance than Paul (listened to some samples) and as I also intuitively eat pretty healthily I am happy to try combining the two.

    No Weigh!!

    I hardly ever weigh in - the scale can derail me far too easily. I was an anorectic teen and can too easily get caught up in the numbers. These days I go by how clothes fit, and how fit and healthy I am.

    Whats everyones diet?

    I'm doing Paul McKenna's ICMYT - so I eat whatever it is I want to at the time. In the very start I ate a lot less healthily than I do now, but now mostly the things I want are good quality fresh whole foods, balanced meals and occasionaly treats.
