He was considering offering Metformin?? I think thats what it is? Any one any info on in in terms of clearing up symptoms?

See, i dont have the high testosterone levels, however havnt been to get a scan..thats what I want to double check, it would make much more sense to just confirm it rather than try and give me prescription after presecription :( x

I think this is a cook yourself thin thing...as i can recall you must dip the chicken in some flour, then some egg whites then into the cornflake mixture.
To make it spicy either mix some spices into the flour, or maybe into the cornflake mixture?
I suppose it would be just a case of trial...

I've been doing it half heartedly for nearly 3 years and have lost 5 stone and never gained...thats on again off again ww, i was only 16 when i started and just assumed it would be like every other diet i'd tried...definately not.
But at the minute im alot more focused as im starting to become...
Im currrently talking some oil of something...god i cannot remember the name...it will come to me lol
And vitamin e suppliments to try sort my skin out its a total nightmare :(

Well I've never been slim...ever...but when i look at old pictures, it annoys me a bit why didn't anyone intervene back then? like my mother? or someone or even a doctor! It was clearly evidant that i was overweight and something should have been done about it then.

Just hang in...theres no point in rushing it...in my personal experiance any time ive done that it either slows down further weightloss or you basically cannot keep up with it.
Take your time, its not a race. You'll get there if you just follow the plan

You can get the ben and jerrys frozen yogurt...i dont know about the Phish Food one but the brownie one is 15 points per tub!!! Its so induldgent and just like ice cream i really couldnt believe how good it was..check it out x
I have been exercising for the first time since starting ww..i've been going on 4 mile power walks everyday...not to mention being understaffed in work which is extra work (cleaning)..but today i was 11.9 and i'm feeling a bit better...i know if i binge i'll feel even worse so im just going to...
Ive never followsed SW myself, don't know the ins and outs of the diet ive just heard about the green days and red days thing?? right diet?? not too sure??
Personally i think each to their own....what ever is going to work for you is the best choice...and for me that is weight watchers...
I kind of replied in the other thread to this lol...but personally...weight watchers teaches you to have a healthy realtionship with food.. fair enough there could be those who will spend all their points on chocolate, or take aways..but realistically the diet will never work.

"ilove life", Im so used to Weight watchers i dont think i would be able to change..and weight watchers is best for teaching about moderation, portion control and generally a healthy lifestyle..which is what i aim to achieve bit by bit.

I find Nexts are pretty good...reasonable price too and very fashionable...i have a pair i wear on long nights out as i know i'll be fine for a good couple of hours.
They really last...i've had mine since Easter last year and they are only needinng heeled now, and been wore at least 50 times...
So had a day shopping with my bestie..aint seen her in a while...really trying to cut back on my spending atm..so only bought boots...bargain at 27 quid..i was ready for buyin very similar ones in River Island for 80! Big saving.

Agreed..i think it helps alot when you eat more veg as your no points veg can be really handy for bulking up the WW meals, also to make soups which you can snack on through the day.
Like Katie said incorporate them into casseroles and soups, my Bf doesnt eat any vegetables at all..not even...

Im quite fussy with them too..i think most supermarkets alternatives are better like Sainsburys BGTY range do fantastic stuff.
My tip would be always cook them in the oven...always taste much much better :D

Hey nikki...umm i usually count 1 to 1.5 points for tea as im fussy with the sugar lol i can't drink tea with no sugar its just YUK! :D dont really count the milk as its so little quantity anyway :D

Ha...the water biscuits are from a big box of crackers from xmas..they seemed the best option of all!

So anyway..i awoke to a winter wonderland today surprising as we were forecast any...
So saved lot of points yesterday :D...Im in the opinion let less points...the less pounds so im not saving them or anything.

Started today as my new years resolution, so weighed in this morning at....12.9 :( christmas festivities :mad:)
So back on track today, hoping to lose 7lbs this January which shouldnt be too bad ( fingers crossed ) Also i'm eliminating alcohol from my diet/...

Yea recently found out that i cant change my shape...damn genetics!! apparently anonerobic (cant spell) is good for apple shape? but dont know what falls under this category?

im just curious, im an apple shape body, i.e. small bust, belly, skinny legs :( does any one know of any particular exercises to fight this? As i loose weight the belly stays yet the others go...which i can not afford :p

I follow weight watchers but am no longer a member have no time that fits...
yea ive heard about protein shakes, the idea seems to makes sence. Though the only people i know that use them seem to be trying to get bigger, so i was a bit put off??
