    I limit it to three eggs per day and I don't eat them every day now either (when i first restarted I lived off eggs!) only because it can make you a little constipated. Drink lots of water... I try to have 3 or 4 big glasses a day and find it really helps with the weight loss.

    Resetting target: does it have to be 7lb lower?

    I think the consultants have some flexibility and rather than risk loosing you as a member totally they'd reset your target at 10st 7lbs especially as we're only talking 2lbs. Discuss it with your consultant and see what they say.

    Is it worth going to group?

    I think it depends on the group and consultant and don't be afraid to move around until you find one that suits you and makes you feel like you're getting the most out of it. I LOVE the group I'm going to and believe if I wasn't staying each week then I wouldn't be doing as well as I am.
