    If you're feeling like you want a mini break from TS but not sure if you'll be able to get back on it, don't have one! I'm starting today after having one night off that quickly turned into a whole week and when I think that I could have had some more weight off I'm a bit peeved with myself...

    Weight loss can freeze sometimes but it's usually fluid retention, really important to stick with it! You'll never know what you would have lost if you give up x

    Thank you for all the encouragement, it's hard isn't it! There's no way that I'm giving up on this diet so it'll have to budge soon. Yesterday I got myself into such a stupid situation of being out all day and evening and hadn't replaced my pack that I always keep in my bag for emergencies...

    I started on the 8th Jan so I'm just coming to the end of my second week. The only thing I have has I'd diet coke zero, a couple of cans this week but I did in my first week too so I don't think it's that. I wonder if it's my body sorting itself out?

    How come I haven't lost any weight since Monday?! I've stuck to it 100% and apparently still in Ketosis but nothing off? I'm hoping it's going to show on the scales soon as my stamina is fading.

    Hi all, I've so far managed to loose 10 pounds in just over a week which is pretty good I think. I've had a bar a day but as my weight loss slows I might just have one every other day as they do have more carbs in than the soups and shakes. Hope you are all doing well with it!

    Hi everyone this is my first full day on Exante! I have 49lbs to loose to be slap bang in the middle of a healthy BMI. It seems for far away but looking at some of the posts on here I think it's achievable (?????? :() as you have all done so well!!! I'll keep you posted on how I'm getting on!
