I haven't been on here in a while!
hope everyone is keeping well
I have been maintaining my weight loss
but now its time to get back on the weight loss journey!

it is sooooooooo cold here at the mo!
had planned to bring the kids swimming today
but the roads are too icy
we will have to have a disco instead!
(think I am addicted to the pedometer!:D)
well have had very little chance on the computer!
anyhow, the reason I hadn't lost anything that week, I found out I was pregnant, but sadly I had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago:(
so back on the WW journey again
(the comfort eating and sadness just took over for the last couple of weeks, so I need...

haven't had a chance to log in, did my 12 mile charity walk last Sat down the country

Had a great time in the Uk for mid-term break, sis in law lives in Devon so we stayed about 30 mins from her
the weather was super, got lots of walks in on the beach!
didn't weigh in last week though, so back to WW tomorrow night!!

so need a big kick today to get rid
my leader points a bottle of wine at 7 points
so I have pointed my alcohol at 10 points

Thanks girls, thought I was going to have a heart attack yesterday, walked an upright hill pushing a doulbe buggy phew! did 5 miles yesterday, had prawn chow mein, no sauce and 2 glasses of wine for my dinner, felt completely spoilt!!

Thanks Jenpen, the only reason I think I walk that fast now, is that I have spent the last 3 years pushing a double buggy, I can't believe how much easier it is to walk, minus the ubggy, so making a big effort to go out without it!!

it is for charity, my mum has had breast cancer twice now
I can do 4 miles in 60mins
so I building on increasing that to more
i wear orthotics as I have a recurring calf muscle tear in my leg following an accident
its not a waste of a year, please don't see it like that hun X
look at all you have done through the year and step back on that WW track again, you know you can do it, you have done it before XX
keep going, we are all behind you XXXX
I have never been a big fan of fizzy drinks
I always seem to bloat out on them;)
is it in my head?
a friend on WW talked about drinking lots of fizzy water to help fill up and zero coke
so I am tempted to try

Walked 4 miles yesterday, am tired this morning, doesn't help when the smallest person on the house wakes you at 5am!
well, all went well for the wedding, I wore a dress from Coast, that I never thought would fit me!!
but did come home and missed 2 classes of WW, went last night and I was up 3lb (I was expecting more!) so leader has suggested faststart for the week!!

I am starting a scuba dving course in Oct, so I have to be down another stone by then!

still haven't got to WI:( my daughter has been really sick with a kidney infection, she is 3, hopin today she will be better, I am feeling so tired, its horrible:(
so far so good today, had soup and pasta at lunch 6 points, dinner 7 points and breakfast 2 points, going to have strawberries and low fat yogurt later as a treat:D

I haven't been on for quite a while, I have been quite sick and in hospital, so WW has had to take a back seat for a while, but I haven't put any weight on, so hoping to get to WW class tomorrow and weigh in and continue my weight loss journey!

feel very good in myself and a size 16 pari of trusers from Topshop nearly nearly fit me!!:D
as a new poster today, WOW:D you have done so well so far, I find the meeting great to help keep me focussed, so maybe try and get to one?
