    30 day shred omg!!!

    I prefer level 2 as it feels like I'm working harder, I do the shred after a 20 min jog as I feel warme up. Maybe you should only do half the amount on the cross trainer?

    I think that it is all dependent on your cdc. I pay 45 for 10 days worth or soups and shakes. Could be worth trying some of the soups and shakes again as i think they have changed and you may like them. i know the tetras are more expensive!

    Why doesnt tea count towards water intake?

    I think my CDC said it cos if we were to say it did count you would drink more of it, less water and to much caffine isnt good. Also I think clear liquids are much better for you. I am proberly worng so feel free to correct me

    The shakes ect are fine for pregnant ladies to drink along side there normal diet as they contain lots of vitamins ect but the calories are not enough with them alone.
