hiyah!! my cdc charges 33 pounds for 21 products reguardless of weather its a shake soup tetra or bar,i noticed a lot of members cdc charge a variety of prices one price for any thats what i say!!!,best if luck definatley worth it lost 3 stone 3 lbs since march 7lbs from goal yipee!!!. xxx jan

Im feeling on top of the world today!!:D :D ,i got weighed today lost 4lbs which now means ive lost 3 stones!!!!, my starting weight was 13 stones 10lbs im now 10.10lbs:D :D :D ,never in my life have i ever been able to stick a diet, but i tell u one thing its changed my life im 10lbs to goal...

veg flavour is one per day,ive been told by my cdc that i can add my water flavour to every litre of water i drink which is 5 per day one teaspoon for every litre of water,ive consistently lost every week good luck. janet. xx
