    just started

    i've only just started to control my food intake, literally in the last couple of days. i'm not on any fixed diet, just trying to cut out the rubbish and eat what's 'better' for me, along with getting some proper exercise. i'm going to try it this way for a while and see how things go. i guess...

    advice please

    thanks for the reply. i've got about 42 lbs to lose, so i'll have a look at the cambridge diet you mentioned. i think just healthy eating and exercise would suit me best, but i plan to have a look around first. i've already cut out my beloved McCoys crisps and kit-kats so thats a start. here goes...

    Hi there. I'm totally new to this sort of thing so forgive me if I get it wrong. Why am I on this forum? Same as you, I suppose - way too heavy and need to get rid of some of it. Hoping joining will help and looking forward to a bit of mutual support. Lets see how it goes...
