i dont know of any cheap places but i would recommend a boat trip on the endevour...its great and quite cheap too and the people who own it are so lovely...ive been on it a few times... xx

well i love all soups but the tomato one and i have strawberry, banana mike shakes and apple and cinnamon porridge... i try to have porridge for brekkie shake for lunch and soup for dinner...then i feel im in a routine

i personally would go for the air walker cause it doesnt really affect your knees...or mine doesnt anyhow...but im sure someone will come along who is in the know over these sort of things.. you can pick them up really cheap on ebay if you can find one local and can pick it up..(i did)
