    Weight Watchers and Underactive Thyroid

    Me too - am on 150mg a day of Eltroxin for an under-active thyroid. My doc told me that I would find it hard to lose the weight and the old WW leader said the same to me. I am hoping that once I get back from hols in 3 weeks I can really concentrate on the weight loss.

    Personally I try to drink 2lts of water a day. Maybe add some sugar free mixers to the water (Robinsons Summer Fruits etc..) if you don't like the taste of plain water. Like Starlight says your fluid intake does not need to come from water alone.

    marks and spencers choc muffin
